Property Claims Field Adjuster – Jackson, MS

CENCO Claims continues to grow its daily claims presence in the Jackson, Mississippi area and is currently looking for a Property Claims Field Adjuster to support residential property losses across the metro region. This opportunity is well suited for adjusters who value local assignments, clear processes, and consistent support from an internal claims team.

Role Overview This field-based role centers on completing on-site inspections, accurately documenting damage, and submitting organized claim files. Success in this position comes from attention to detail, professional communication, and reliable turnaround times.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person inspections of residential property claims

• Assess and document damage from wind, hail, water, and other covered causes of loss

• Prepare precise estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Collect thorough photo documentation, measurements, and inspection notes

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage claim files from inspection through submission

• Adhere to carrier and internal file handling timelines

Qualifications:

• Active Mississippi adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license

• Proficiency with Xactimate (Symbility experience preferred)

• Knowledge of residential construction and property damage evaluation

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

• Reliable transportation and standard field equipment, including ladder and laptop
