Responsibilities

Inspect residential and light commercial properties to identify and document damage
Prepare accurate repair estimates and detailed reports
Serve as the liaison between homeowners and contractors
Provide guidance on repair scope and best practices

Qualifications

5+ years in property damage assessment, construction estimating, or similar
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction
Experience with estimating software (Xactimate preferred)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Reliable, independent, with valid driver’s license and transportation
