Key Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform basic vacation rental preventative maintenance Assist with minor repairs Keep records of all maintenance work performed Comply with all safety regulations Maintenance Technician Benefits: Seven days of PTO/per year Yearly $1/hr raise End-of-year profit-sharing bonus $200/mo QSEHRA program for health, dental, and vision expenses. 56 cents/mile mileage reimbursement Overtime pay An Employee of the Month winner gets spotlighted on our website and social media + receives a $25 gas card. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in preventative maintenance Understanding and utilizing timekeeping, communication, and task management phone apps.
