You'll work closely with residents, vendors, and team members to deliver results that support residents’ needs and maintain property standards.What You’ll Do As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations*
  • Handling re-certifications, case work, and housing assistance processes with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs*
  • Coordinating with tenants, case workers, and community partners to ensure compliance and support*
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)*
  • Conducting unit showings and property inspections
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent*
  • 1-3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing*
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience*
  • Experience working with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs*
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite, Yardi)
