Ready to take the next step in your property management career? We’re seeking an experienced Multisite Property Manager to oversee two affordable housing (LIHTC/tax credit) communities in the Frankfort and Richmond, KY markets.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations for multiple LIHTC/tax credit communities
Ensure full compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations and audits
Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams (leasing + maintenance)
Drive occupancy, collections, and financial performance
Manage budgets, reporting, and expense control
Maintain strong resident relations and community standards
Prepare for and successfully pass state and investor inspections

What You Bring

2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit Property Manager experience (required)
Prior multisite experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance (HUD, LIHTC)
Proven leadership and team development skills
Experience with budgets, reporting, and occupancy goals
Proficiency in property management software + Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
