Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesLead overall property operations including tenant relations, building performance, and vendor managementOversee budgets, reforecasts, variance reporting, and support monthly close activities with accounting teamsManage accounts receivable/payable processes, lease compliance, and financial reportingCoordinate capital projects, tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, and sustainability initiativesPartner with leasing and asset management teams on market insights, renewals, and tenant experienceSupervise on-site staff and foster a strong service-focused cultureQualifications7+ years of commercial property management experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAdvanced Excel skills; MRI or similar real estate systems preferredExperience with tenant work order systems (Angus or similar) a plusStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsAbility to be onsite and conduct property inspections as neededInterested in hearing more?
