Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired property, Hopson Flats, of 150+ units.

Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle.
Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff.
Must have strong leasing and sales skills, the ability to convert leads, conduct tours, manage the full application process, and drive occupancy goals.
In addition, must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Prefer candidates with student housing experience
