  • Identify additional revenue opportunities by aligning Prologis value-added products and services, including Prologis Essentials, with customer needs.
  • Use technical and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to gather data, monitor performance metrics, and develop customer insights.
  • Analyze and administer leases to support accurate interpretation and execution of lease obligations.
  • Negotiate and manage competitively bid service agreements to support safe and well-maintained properties.
  • Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgets, and recurring variance reporting to support established financial goals.

Please note that the company will cover relevant, associated costs and will consider the reasonable time spent acquiring the license as part of work hours.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work extended hours when required and be on call for emergencies.

Preferred:

  • Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers.
  • Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes.
  • Experience using CRM or technical tools, including Salesforce, to gather data and develop customer insights.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
