Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diverse portfolio of properties in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management and a strong understanding of real estate regulations and market trends.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and in compliance with regulations
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
Negotiate and enforce leases and contracts
Monitor rental income, expenses, and budgets
Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
