Job Description
ABOUT UCPM
Unified Commercial Property Management is a full-service commercial property management company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Unified Commercial Property Management brings over 20 years of experience built on a proven, streamlined process that ensures a smoother experience for both owners and tenants.
We are driven by a mission to deliver operational excellence and meaningful results while staying true to our core values:
- Success Minded — We measure everything. If it's not measured, it doesn't count.
- Committed — We finish what we start. Ownership means seeing it through.
- High Integrity — We say the hard thing in the room, not in the hallway.
- Speed — We bias toward action. Waiting for perfect is the enemy of done.
- Positive Energy — We bring solutions, not complaints. Attitude is a choice.
- Professionalism — We represent our owners as if it were our own name on the building.
If these values resonate with you, keep reading.

Primary Focus: STRATEGIC — You are the owner's trusted advisor. You lead the Assistant Property Manager (operational) and coordinate with the Property Accountant (financial). You drive NOI — you don't process invoices.
