Senior Director
- Financial Property OperationsThis real estate developer is a well-established, mid-sized organization known for its commitment to operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. The company focuses on providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of its clients in the property sector.Job DescriptionLead all financial operations, reporting, auditing, process improvement and implementation with involvement in HR operations, working closely with the CFO. Lead and optimize operational processes within the property department to ensure efficiency and excellence - for a very large portfolio in NY. Develop and implement strategic plans to align operations with the organization's overall goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the department. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
