Arcan Capital, a fast-growing real estate investment and management company overseeing apartment communities across the Southeast, is hiring a Property Operations Specialist to join our performance-driven team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between Asset Management and on-site teams, owning financial execution, reporting accuracy, and operational performance across a growing portfolio of properties. You'll dig into AP/AR workflows, delinquency tracking, variance analysis, and portfolio reporting, all while keeping our data clean, timely, and actionable for confident decision-making. We're looking for someone detail-obsessed, Excel-savvy, and ideally experienced with Yardi, who thrives on structure and takes pride in getting the numbers right. This is a high-visibility role with real growth potential into senior analytical or asset management positions as we continue to expand.
