Pay: $19-$25/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: Full-time with occasional on-call rotation

What You'll Do
- Help respond to properties damaged by water
- Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
- Take photos and document work (we'll show you how)
- Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
- Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
- Construction experience is extremely helpful for this role
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Required: Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
