Core Responsibilities

• Architect Winning Proposals: Lead the end-to-end coordination, development, and production of high-quality RFQs and proposals, ensuring clear and compelling communication of the firm's value.

• Steer Pursuit Strategy: Facilitate RFQ kick-off calls, track leads, and actively participate in Go/No-Go discussions and messaging development alongside principal leadership.

• Integrate Technical Content: Proactively compile information from internal teams and external consultants, shaping complex technical data into accessible, client-focused narratives.

• Drive Brand Excellence: Champion brand standards while developing marketing materials, qualifications, presentations, brochures, award entries, and advertisements.

• Expand Digital & Market Presence: Strategically develop the firm’s online social presence (including LinkedIn and the website) and coordinate high-impact materials for tradeshows and conferences.

• Cultivate Client Engagement: Assist in planning events that support project promotion and client relationships, alongside coordinating photo shoots and digital media assets.

• Ensure Quality Assurance: Execute meticulous page-turn reviews, incorporate leadership edits, and manage multiple deadlines to consistently deliver polished deliverables on time.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4–5+ years of strategic marketing and proposal development experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, precise attention to detail, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• AEC Expertise: Proven track record of success in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) specific RFQ/RFP responses.

• Advanced Tooling: Proficiency within the broader Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office platform.

• Leadership Traits: Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to work both highly independently and as a collaborative partner to business developers.
