Proposal Manager / EstimatorDevelop detailed and accurate cost estimates for federal construction projects. Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with federal requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information and data. Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and competitive benchmarks. Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Prepare and present cost analysis and proposal documents to stakeholders.
