JOB TITLE: Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: In-Office and Facility-Based (Assigned Sites)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide direct behavioral health services in a full-time, in-office and facility-based role. This position supports outpatient and site-based clinical programming while working under board-appropriate supervision toward independent licensure in Louisiana. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, client-centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plans
- Deliver services in-office and at assigned facility locations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standards
- Participate in required clinical supervision with a qualified LPC-S, LCSW-BACS, or other board-approved supervisor
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated care
- Follow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
SCHEDULING AND HOURS
- This is a full-time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needs
- Services are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demand
- Work assignments may include rotating facility coverage
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Louisiana provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to progressing toward independent clinical licensure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION
- Hourly rate: $23–$28 per hour (DOE)
