Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the development of marketing plans in collaboration with global marketing and go-to-market marketing functions. The role plays a key role in defining marketing plans aligned with business priorities, goals, and strategic frameworks for various business units and categories. Additionally, the role leads the definition of the global commercial landscape through competitor analysis, partners assessment, and consumer behavior evaluation, while also managing the development and execution of the go-to-market OPEX budget, driving partnerships with other functions.Responsibilities Leads development of marketing plans in partnership with global marketing function and go-to-market marketing functions. Develops marketing plan ensuring alignment with business priorities, goals, and strategic framework by business units and category. Leads definition of the global commercial landscape by analyzing competitors, partners, and consumer behaviors. Develops and executes the go-to-market OPEX budget by conducting risk assessments and opportunity assessments, and identifying investment opportunities. Leads monitoring and execution of budget adjustments in alignment with go-to-market changes and category priorities. Drives partnership with global marketing function, commercial functions, and go-to-market functions to develop end-to-end toolkits and initiatives that can be utilized across various go-to-markets. Develops sales intelligence dashboard to feed account selection strategy using available insights, segment dashboard, and sales inputs/prioritization. Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
