  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain timelines
  • Assist in preparing updates for engineering reviews (status, risks, open issues)
  • Partner with design, integration, validation, and supplier teams to stay aligned
  • Identify risks or delays and escalate with support from senior team members
  • Help improve team organization, follow-up, and execution discipline
  • Support standard work, issue tracking processes, and team operating rhythms
  • Assist with prioritizing daily tasks and maintaining focus on key deliverables
  • Provide coordination support to senior engineers and technical leads

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • Basic understanding or interest in wire harness, PSDS, or vehicle electrical systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, or project experience related to electrical systems or automotive engineering
  • Exposure to wiring harness design, electrical architecture, or similar topics
  • Familiarity with engineering processes such as testing, validation, or issue tracking
  • Experience working on team-based projects
  • Interest in automotive or vehicle systems development
