This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a safe, treatment-focused environment, providing critical mental health services to individuals with serious mental illnesses. Be a part of a mission-driven organization committed to stabilizing residents and preparing them for successful reintegration into the community.What You'll Do:Assist psychiatric professionals in delivering personalized care to residents, facilitate group and one-on-one therapy sessions, and help create a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth. Your efforts will directly impact residents lives, helping them achieve their goals and regain independence.Required Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment
Compassionate attitude and excellent observational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior experience in long-term residential treatment facilities
Knowledge of psychiatric terminology and therapeutic practices
Bilingual abilities to support diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with mental health challenges

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred for travel reimbursements when applicable
