Minimum of 6 months experience in mental health or a related field

Basic knowledge of psychiatric terminology and therapeutic techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in CPR/BLS
Experience working in residential or long-term mental health settings
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of relevant mental health experience preferred

Other Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the work site
Ability to work flexible hours, including potential day, evening, or weekend shifts
Valid certifications as required by state law (e.g., CPR/BLS)
Willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 precautions
