This vital role offers the opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment, helping individuals with serious mental illness achieve stability and prepare for community reintegration. What Youll Bring: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field Minimum of 1 year of experience working in mental health settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Knowledge of psychiatric treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Additional Skills That Are a Plus: Certification in mental health or related fields Experience working with trauma-informed care Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations Familiarity with residential treatment protocols and documentation Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline At least 1 year of professional experience in mental health or psychiatric settings, preferably in residential care environments Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if travel is required) Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred but not mandatory Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development Positively impact lives daily while working in a supportive environment.
