Psychiatric Technician (Psych Tech)
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Technicians to join our dynamic mental health care team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, helping to create a therapeutic and safe environment.

Requirements
- Valid certification or licensure as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of RECENT experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
- AAS degree in psychology or sociology REQUIRED
