Behavioral Health Setting PAY: $37/HR Weekly Pay Available!

Are you passionate about mental health and making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking experienced and compassionate professionals to join a behavioral health team providing direct support and therapeutic care to individuals facing mental health challenges.

POSITION OVERVIEW A Psyche Social Health Tech (Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Technician) provides direct patient support within behavioral health and psychiatric settings while helping maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.

• RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Providing direct care and emotional support to patients• Monitoring patient behavior, mood, and overall well-being• Assisting with daily activities and therapeutic programming• Supporting crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts• Collaborating with nurses, social workers, and clinical staff• Maintaining a safe and structured patient environment• Documenting patient observations and interactions accurately

• REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience REQUIRED• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in fast-paced behavioral health environments• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset• Experience working with mental health populations preferred
