- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution*
- Active RN license in West Virginia or a compact state*
- Minimum 1 year of acute psychiatric RN experience*
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)*
- Ability to perform patient assessments, administer medications, and participate in care planning*
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with physicians, supervising staff, and educating patients and families*
- Strong documentation and clinical skills in mental health environments
- Prior experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting*
- Hands-on experience supervising LPNs and nursing assistants*
- Proven ability to manage a busy psychiatric unit efficiently
- Shift flexibility, with 8 or 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends*
- Open to local and travel RNs*
- Valid licensing and certifications as specified*
- No additional travel or license requirements beyond those listed
