As a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your expertise and dedication will help create a supportive environment where patients can heal and thrive.Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patientsAdminister prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and proceduresDocument according to standards of careDevelop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needsParticipate in department or unit performance improvement activitiesProvide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departmentsUtilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriatelyNeed 1 year experience in settingCurrent Wisconsin or Multi-state RN licenseCPR and BLS certification required
