Positions Highlights:

• Location: 136 W Elizabeth St, Suite 102, Harrisonburg, VA 22802
• Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling (36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours)
• 100% outpatient practice
• No call
• Average 12-14 patients per day
• 1-hour new patient intakes, 30-minute follow-ups

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $308,755.20 - $341,307.20 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
