Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

  • Hiring Range: $276,000 to $375,000
  • NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top!
  • Relocation - $30k
  • Sign on- 10% of base salary
  • Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark 
  • CME: 5 days + allowance
  • Student Loan Repayment through- NHSC - ISH
  • Merit base salary Increases up to 7% accrues annually
  • PTO: Yes- Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)

  • Collaborative consultation for our Primary Care - patients
  • Psychiatrist will consult with other providers regarding patient care
  • Psychiatrist will briefly meet and consult directly with referred patients. 
  • Psychiatrist consults will determine the type of psychiatric treatment for each patient and if they will be managed in a Primary Care or outpatient behavioral health setting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry (PSY)

  • BC or BE (for residents coming out of training)

COMMUNITY Psychiatry (PSY)
