COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
- Afternoon shift option:$308K +RVU Incentive Eligibility and incentive bonus
- Afternoon 1pm-11pm (4 day/10-hour shift)
- CME: $3,000 + 5 days
- PTO: 14 paid holidays+ 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly)
- Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
- Sign-on:Offered
- Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.
- Benefits: Generous medical/ health benefits through Empire BC/BS
- Retirement:403(b) Exceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.
- Pension: Your employer will contribute an 8% portion of your annual salary nothing out of pocket, vesting in 3 years.
- Malpractice pain in full
- Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program or other Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) or other Psychiatric Emergency setting.
- Psychiatric evaluation and management of patients in CPEP/ED of University Hospital.
- Teaching and supervision of residents, nurses, and medical students.
- 15 -30 minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches and local wineries.
- Nearby train service into Penn Station, NYC (approximately 90 minutes)
- Shopping, fitness centers, restaurants, and outdoor recreation: Walking/bike riding trails and water sports. Live right on the marina ocean side.
- Easy ferry ride to CT with scenic views.
