Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
  • No state tax
  • Hiring Range: $300,000 to $370,000
  • Relocation - $30k
  • Sign on- 10% -15% of base salary
  • Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark 
  • CME: 5 days + allowance
  • Student Loan Repayment through- NHSC - ISH
  • Merit base salary Increases up to 7% accrues annually
  • PTO: Yes- Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
  • Work with Alaskan and American Natives 
  • Child and Family Outpatient Services clinic primarily serves youth between the ages of 3 and 21 years and their families.  
  • Provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and couples therapy based on your clinical skill set. 
  • Our psychiatrists are a part of a multidisciplinary team who work with providers within our program and throughout our system of care.  
  • Our Integrated System allows for a more in-depth look at patients, affording a better outlook on existing underlying health issues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
  • BC or BE (for residents coming out of training)
COMMUNITY C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
