A recognized healthcare organization in Missouri is actively seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join one of its inpatient facilities in St. Louis County. About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 weekend per month)Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (8-hour days, 30-minute unpaid lunch)Setting: Inpatient PsychiatryResponsibilities: Performing 24-hour evaluationsConducting psychological and psycho-educational testingProviding electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)Evaluating psychiatric, behavioral, or addictive disordersManaging acute psychiatric conditionsQualifications:Must have relevant experience in an Acute Psychiatric UnitM.D./D.O. degree with Psychiatry residencyBLS CertifiedMissouri or IMLC Medical LicenseEPIC EMR proficiencyKnowledge of pharmacotherapy and other treatment techniquesStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a teamDesired Skills:Experience with ECT treatmentMental Health specializationProficiency in Spanish or another relevant language
