Valid medical license with Board Certification in Psychiatry
Proven experience in mental health assessment and treatment planning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and patients
Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings
Knowledge of current psychiatric treatments and medications
Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment
Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years post-residency psychiatric practice
Prior experience working in hospital or community mental health settings

Other Requirements:

Willingness to participate in both day shift (MondayFriday) and occasional night call
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to work with residents as part of the clinical team
Certifications in CPR/BLS and DEA licensure
Reliable transportation for potential travel or on-call duties
