• End Date/Duration: Date to be discussed
• Shift: 7a-5p onsite, Monday to Monday, 7 days on, 7 days off
• Hours/Week: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: W-2, Temp-to-Hire or Permanent opportunity
• License/Certs: Active Medical License in Ohio (or eligible)
• Experience: Preferred 2+ years in child/adolescent psychiatry

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychiatric care for child and adolescent patients in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management
• Participate in on-site coverage including evening beeper call (low-burden, second call system)
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility policies
• Engage with families and caregivers to support ongoing treatment
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Medical License in Ohio (or eligible)
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (Child and Adolescent preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment with compassion and professionalism
