- Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adults in a licensed behavioral health setting.
- Assess and stabilize adult patients presenting with general behavioral health issues.
- Manage clinical care in a team-based inpatient environment, including coordinated rounding.
- Collaborate with inpatient nurse practitioners supporting the medical team (including inpatient NPs and PRN support as needed).
- Participate in the facilitys weekend call coverage during your rotation as scheduled.
- Maintain a patient-centered approach that supports regulatory compliance and coordinated treatment planning.
