Shift: 7a-5p onsite coverage with evening beeper call during the 7-day shift
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, Monday to Monday
Hours/Week: 40
Employment Type: W-2, Contract
Licensure/Certs: Valid Ohio medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
Experience: 2+ years preferred in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

What Youll Do

Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment to children and adolescents in an inpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Manage patient care during 7-day on/7-day off blocks
Consult with families, school personnel, and community resources as needed
Document clinical findings accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility protocols

What You Need

Valid Ohio medical license and Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
Minimum 2 years of child and adolescent psychiatric experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
