Licensed in Massachusetts (MA) to practice psychiatry
Board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Mandatory CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training
Proven experience in child and adolescent mental health
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with telepsychiatry services
Knowledge of local mental health resources and community outreach
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree with specialization in Psychiatry
Prior experience in pediatric mental health settings
At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry

Other Requirements:

Must hold a valid Massachusetts medical license
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Ability to travel within the region if required for outreach or community programs
