• Provide outpatient medication management through follow-up visits.
• Conduct scheduled 8-hour shifts, primarily on Mondays through Thursdays.
• Manage a patient caseload with an average daily census of 14-16 patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

• Current medical license to practice psychiatry; IMLC considered.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medication management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a flexible schedule.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Prior experience in outpatient psychiatric settings.
• Comfort with telepsychiatry or electronic health records.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with board certification in Psychiatry.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.

Other Requirements:

• Travel paid; preference for candidates with easy access via short flights or drives.
• Availability for one day per week, with schedule flexibility within the specified days.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards.
