  • Supervision & Training: Provide high-quality supervision to post-doctoral fellows, doctoral interns, and practicum students. Lead in-service training for staff on psychotherapeutic techniques.

  • Crisis Management: Act decisively and maintain a calm therapeutic presence during stressful or emergency clinical situations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Licensure: Current and valid registration as a Psychologist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology.

  • Note: We will consider Post-Doctoral candidates provided licensure is obtained within one year of hire.

  • Forensic Knowledge: Experience with court-committed forensic evaluation processes.

  • Specialized Care: Skill in crisis intervention and treating dual-diagnosis (mental illness and substance abuse) populations.

  • Linguistic Diversity: Bilingual or multilingual fluency is highly valued.
