• Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Completion of an APA-approved clinical psychology internship
• Current and unrestricted license to practice Clinical or Counseling Psychology in the U.S., D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
• Certification in American Heart Association BLS or equivalent
• At least two years of clinical practice within the past five years
• Minimum two years of recent experience in Neuro Psychology within the past three years
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in military or federal healthcare settings
• Knowledge of military culture and the unique needs of service members
• Additional certifications related to trauma, crisis intervention, or specialized psychological assessments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctorate degree from an APA-accredited institution with relevant clinical and neuro psychology experience
• Proven track record of providing high-quality mental health services in a clinical environment
• Experience working with active duty service members and families

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing and security clearance processing time of 4-6 weeks
• Willingness to work at Naval Health Clinic Annapolis on a schedule that may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Ability to provide services 24/7, 365 days a year, based on MTF needs
• Commitment to maintaining current certifications and licensure
