- 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates based on review of records and clinical interviews
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
- Perform routine rounds in housing areas to monitor inmate mental health and adjustment
- Deliver individual and group counseling using current psychological techniques
- Provide crisis intervention and mental health assessments for inmates in distress
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress
- Active or eligible license as a Psychologist (per state of Georgia)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in mental health assessment and treatment
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and counseling techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a correctional setting
- Excellent communication skills
