Pay & Benefits
  • Pay package: $120/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct psychological assessments and screenings based on review of records and clinical interviews
  • Collaborate with psychiatric, medical, nursing, and counseling teams to coordinate care
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Make rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to monitor inmate mental health
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and confrontation avoidance strategies
  • Assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs regularly
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and inmate progress
What You Need
  • Current licensure or board eligibility in psychology
  • Prior experience with mental health assessment and treatment preferred
  • Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and observational skills
