What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and comprehensive assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and security staff for integrated care
• Perform regular rounds within confinement areas to monitor mental health status
• Document clinical findings and update treatment progress
• Assist in mental health evaluations and behavioral management strategies

What You Need

• Active licensure as a Psychologist (Board eligible candidates may qualify)
• Experience in mental health assessment and treatment
• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain ICE clearance (expedited clearance in place); background check required
