We provide in-person and telemedicine services to more than 250 sites across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, Alaska, and beyond, helping patients of all ages in hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities.

The Role: What to Expect
- Flexible Location: Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (with reliable high-speed internet).
- Comprehensive Team Approach: Work alongside psychiatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychotherapists in a physician-supervised, team-oriented care model.
- In-Depth Training & Supervision: Candidates will participate in the company's peer supervision and education program to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Diverse Patient Population: Provide psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, marital, family, or group psychotherapy services.
- Select treatment methods appropriate for the patient's age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders.
- Monitor changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions.
- Engage patients and families in the development of treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and strong professional relationships with patients and their families.
- Accurately document patient information and evaluations within established time frames.
- Adapt workload to meet fluctuations in patient caseload.
- Participate in projects and complete additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must have active LCSW licensure
- Licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, Alaska, or any other states where practice may be added, as well as the state in which you live.
- Minimum of three years of experience preferred, but not required.
- EMDR and DBT Certifications preferred, but not required.
