The Role: What to Expect

• Flexible Location: Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (with reliable high-speed internet).
• Comprehensive Team Approach: Work alongside psychiatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychotherapists in a physician-supervised, team-oriented care model.
• In-Depth Training & Supervision: Candidates will participate in the company's peer supervision and education program to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Diverse Patient Population: Provide psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, marital, family, or group psychotherapy services.
• Select treatment methods appropriate for the patient's age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders.
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions.
• Engage patients and families in the development of treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and strong professional relationships with patients and their families.
• Accurately document patient information and evaluations within established time frames.
• Adapt workload to meet fluctuations in patient caseload.
• Participate in projects and complete additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Must have active LCSW licensure 
• Licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, Alaska, or any other states where practice may be added, as well as the state in which you live.
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred, but not required.
• EMDR and DBT Certifications preferred, but not required.
