• Radius:: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
• Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Acute Inpatient, Potential for some acute rehab coverage but not requiredWhat areas are they required to cover? Med Surg, Tele, ICU, Community HospitalExperience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Previous acute care experience is highly preferred. Experience in an inpatient rehab setting is a plusPT Manager/Supervisor Tyler JohnsonRehab Aides: PTA's PTA covers acute and rehabShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 5 days a week. Tues -Sat is preferred. Would potentially consider 4x10 day scheduleWeekend Requirements 2 weekends for an 8 week contractHoliday Requirements Not required but may ask if the candidate is willing to considerScrub Color/Dress Code TanDepartment specific orientation Onsite orientation at 2 facilities.
