Job Summary We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead a private outpatient practice in Broomfield that maintains a 1 patient per hour schedule. This role combines patient care with operational leadership and includes oversight of clinic workflow, staff support, treatment standards, and the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting
• Direct daily clinic operations and help maintain efficient workflow
• Review documentation quality and support compliance with clinical standards
• Mentor staff and assist with day-to-day team leadership
• Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and clinic performance
• Contribute to a professional environment focused on quality care and accountability

Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Previous leadership or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
