What You Will Do
As a Line Cook you will
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
- Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all dishes
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory prep work and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations equipment and kitchen areas
- Support a positive and respectful team environment
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are
- Experienced and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Strong team players with effective communication skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
- Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Preferred
- At least 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience
Certifications Requirement
Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to
- Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kitchen equipment and supplies
- Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
- Work safely in a hot fast paced kitchen environment
- Handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours
