Job Description

Rockwood Marina & RV Resort, located on the picturesque Watts Bar Lake, is a new and beautiful Marina and RV Resort looking to complete our team for the 2026 season! We are looking for friendly and team-oriented PT Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Groundskeeping/Maintenance candidates to join our crew! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. You will play a crucial part in achieving this goal. Previous departmental experience strongly preferred, please see requirements below. Requirements

Front Office

  • Must pass background check
  • Provide warm, professional customer service with every guest interaction
  • Comfortable answering phones and checking guests in and out
  • General computer skills required
  • Newbook experience helpful, but not required
  • Managing reservation experience preferred, but not required

Housekeeping

  • Must have valid driver license
  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Previous housekeeping experience strongly preferred, but not required

Groundskeeping & Maintenance

  • Must have valid driver license
  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable working outside, and be able to lift, bend and squat

Food & Beverage

  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous F&B experience strongly preferred
