Overview

We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting opportunity in San Jose, CA with two options in one posting:

  • 13-week contract (great for travelers or local contract clinicians)

  • Permanent placement (stability + long-term growth)

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

  • Deliver evidence-based treatment and progress functional outcomes

  • Document evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans in the EMR

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, and care coordinators

  • Educate patients/families and support safe, effective discharge planning

Requirements

  • Active California PT license (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • BLS (AHA preferred)

  • 1+ year clinical PT experience preferred (new grads considered depending on setting)

  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient-centered care mindset

Contract Option (13 Weeks)
