PT Talent Acquisition Specialist - $27/Hr-$30/Hr

Our client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a temporary part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their dynamic office in Washington, DC!

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters to develop strategic recruiting plans and build candidate pipelines for niche candidates.
• Utilize the ATS and sourcing platforms to source candidates for hard to place regional markets.
• Conduct candidate outreach to confirm interest in positions.
• Support the vetting of candidates before passing them to recruiters.
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience are required, experience sourcing candidates for hard to fill or niche roles is highly desired.
• Mission-aligned with the organization's values.
• A bachelor's degree in HR, communications, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience supporting niche or hard to fill roles.
• Proficiencies with MS Office, ATS, and recruitment tools are required.
• Outgoing and professional with excellent communication skills.

Position Information:

• $27/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 1-3 months, depending on organizational need.
• Part-time for 15-20 hours per week.
• Hybrid flexibility!
• Office in Washington, DC; Metro accessible!
