Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRNAutumn Lake at Cromwell | Cromwell, CT$35–$40/hour | PRNWe are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cromwell. This flexible position is a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working directly with residents to improve mobility, build strength, and support greater independence throughout the rehabilitation process.What You'll DoProvide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility exercises

Follow individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PTMonitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team

Reinforce safe movement techniques and therapeutic strategies

Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation

Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team
