Title: Public Affairs Officer

Client: Federal Agency

Location: Hybrid – Falls Church, VA – requires 3 days in the office

Clearance: Public Trust

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm

Work Day: Monday – Friday

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Public Affairs Officer to support strategic communications and leadership messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and edit executive communications, briefs, and talking points
Translate technical/medical content into plain language
Support internal and external communication initiatives
Assist with messaging strategy and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

DoD/federal communications experience
Strong writing/editing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Crisis communications experience
Military health communications background
